Welcome to Scoopeer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms are intended to provide clear information about the purchasing process with us and to help ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable experience for every customer.

Scoopeer makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. The appearance of the product, packaging, colors, or specifications may sometimes differ from the images shown.

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will make reasonable efforts to process and fulfill the order in accordance with our shipping and delivery policy. Under certain circumstances – such as product availability issues, payment problems, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity – it may be necessary to cancel the order. If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the relevant amount will be refunded to the customer.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our returns and refunds policy. Use of the Scoopeer website also constitutes your agreement not to misuse, copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content, branding, images, or other materials without permission.
